made national news for foiling an attempted armed robbery.
Owner Eddie De Paula and Michael De Paula were not only
on national news programs like the NBC Today Show but
also on shows such as A Current Affair and Inside Edition.
They were also awarded the first Exemplary Citizen Award
for courage and bravery in the face of great personal
danger by the Hispanic Police Officer Association of Miami
Metro Dade Police Department. This heroic experience has
been documented widely throughout the Internet. |
